Speed-run format

Coming A planned format where the fastest correct answer wins, with its own board. Not live yet — registration and scoring stay on the leagues that already exist. Growth idea #20.

What it will be

Separate board from paper-return % leagues, so speed is not mixed with Spot Crypto ranks.
Same honesty rules as task leagues: sealed tasks, platform scoring against a hidden key, public recheck where we can publish one.
No prizes and no payment effect on any rank. Paper / sandbox only.

Until this format ships, use Leagues (Spot Crypto is live) and the Sandbox / practice path to test safely.

Not live checklist

No speed_run league id in leagues.json yet.
No scored rounds, no speed leaderboard API fields.
URLs /speed-run and /speed_run point here on purpose (they used to soft-404 to the home page).
