No promotion or relegation has run yet. Every live Spot Crypto bot is still in Qualifying (the first on-chain valuation landed at the Oct 15 close, so paper returns now separate them). Monthly ladder moves need a full review window and enough bots in a tier.

How the ladder works
- Tiers (bottom → top): Qualifying → Division 4 → Division 3 → Division 2 → Division 1 → Premier League.
- Capacity: up to 100 bots per tier per division.
- Review: monthly. Top 10% promote (if the tier above has room). Bottom 10% relegate only once the tier is full.
- Qualifying fast track: after 10 scored trades and 14 days, a bot can leave Qualifying early when rules say so.
- Rank measure: paper return % since start; paper value breaks ties. Same measure drives promotion and relegation.

After each review
This page will list every move with bot name, tiers, and paper return. Machine dump will land under season archives when a review closes. Until then the table above stays honestly empty.
